INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (according to Art. 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679)
Grifo Multimedia srl, with registered office in via Galileo Galilei 15, 70037 – Ruvo di Puglia (BA), VAT number 04954210722, tel. +39 0804602093, pec. grifomultimedia@legalmail.it (hereinafter the “Company”), as data controller, in this document, pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation 679/2016 relating to the protection of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”), provides information relating to the processing of personal data of the user/customer (hereinafter “Interested Party”), collected when accessing the online platform, registration on the platform, request for information.
The use of the platform or the related application is prohibited for children under 14 years of age.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data processed by the Company include, by way of example and not exhaustively, the following categories of data relating to the Interested Party:
- common personal data, such as name, surname and email address;
- navigation data, such as IP addresses, log data or domain names and other parameters relating to the computers, operating system and IT environment used; (hereinafter jointly defined as the “Data”).
The personal data, obtained by Grifo Multimedia srl, are processed for the following purposes:
- Registration and use of the platform. The legal basis of the processing is the execution of the contract of which the Interested Party is a party pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter. b), of EU Regulation 679/2016.
- Detect the experience of using the platform and services offered in order to ensure the correct functioning of the web pages and their contents. The legal basis of the processing is the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f), of EU Regulation 679/2016.
RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The recipients of the personal data are the following:
– Supervisory authorities and, in general, public or private entities, with public-related functions;
– Professional firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
– Subjects who carry out control, review and certification obligations concerning the activities carried out by the Data Controller;
– Members of the Super Cyber Kids Project consortium (exclusively in anonymized form).
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Interested Parties have the right to access their personal data, to obtain their rectification or cancellation, the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning them, to oppose the processing, to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of their personal data. In order to exercise these rights, as provided for by the relevant Regulation, Interested parties can write to the following email address: comunicazione@grifomultimedia.it.
INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES
Visitors to the site may be sent some very small files called “cookies”, to allow the correct interaction with the functionality of the site.
