INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (according to Art. 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679)

The recipients of the personal data are the following:
– Supervisory authorities and, in general, public or private entities, with public-related functions;
– Professional firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
– Subjects who carry out control, review and certification obligations concerning the activities carried out by the Data Controller;
– Members of the Super Cyber Kids Project consortium (exclusively in anonymized form).
DATA RETENTION TERM
Personal data will be retained for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed, or until their deletion is requested.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Interested Parties have the right to access their personal data, to obtain their rectification or cancellation, the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning them, to oppose the processing, to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of their personal data. In order to exercise these rights, as provided for by the relevant Regulation, Interested parties can write to the following email address: comunicazione@grifomultimedia.it.
